Modular hollow foam cutter shanks for external vacuum systems with a high helix design to drive foam into your vacuum system quicker and easier.  With a Multi-Flute design with hundreds of serrated teeth for better cutting surface finishes and a special Ion Nitriding hardening giving the shank up to 60+ HRC for a longer tooling life.  Cutter shanks available in various cutting diameters and lengths.  Special Shanks available by request.

 

Bottom of cutter shank has slotted holes for external vacuum systems. The housing of an external vacuum suction system is placed over the cutter shanks slotted holes.
