Modular / 78-8 Disc-Flange Holders 

For vacuum mills with a hollow spindle that use a 78/8 Disc-Flange holders clamped with a cap nut.  These 78/8 Disc-Flange holders are modular and available in different lengths and connection types.  Special holder lengths available by request.

4 Flute Hollow Foam Cutter Tips have more of a hole clearance allowing more suction threw the cutter tip.  Tips have a special Ion Nitriding hardening giving the shank up to 60+ HRC for a longer tooling life.  Tips are available in ball, flat, and corner radius with various cutting diameter sizes.  Special cutting diameters available by request
