RPGW / Round Chip Groove Inserts

RPGW are circular inserts that have a chip groove on them.  Inserts are available in several different diameter sizes and come in various hone edges, carbide grades, and coatings to suite your cutting applications. RPG / Round Flat Top Inserts

RPG are circular inserts that have a flat top on them.  Inserts are available in several different diameter sizes and come in various hone edges, carbide grades, and coatings to suite your cutting applications.  Inserts have a precision ground edge and can be used from roughing, semi-finishing, & finishing applications.  RPG inserts fit onto Troy Industries indexable plunge and button cutters. 

APCT / Parallelogram Insert

APCT are parallelogram shaped inserts that have a chip groove on them.  Inserts are available in 1/32”, 1/16”, or 1/8” corner cutting radius and come in various hone edges, carbide grades, and coatings to suite your cutting applications.  Inserts have a precision ground edge and can be used from roughing, semi-finishing, & finishing applications. APCT inserts fit onto Troy Industries indexable end mill type cutters.

CDEW / Parallelogram Insert

CDEW are parallelogram shaped inserts that have a flat top on them.  Inserts are available in 1/32”, 1/16”, or 1/8” corner cutting radius and come in various hone edges, carbide grades, and coatings to suite your cutting applications.  Inserts have a precision ground edge and can be used from roughing, semi-finishing, & finishing applications. CDEW inserts fit onto Troy Industries indexable end mill type cutters.

AXMT / Parallelogram Insert

AXMT inserts have a precision pressed cutting edge, unlike our precision ground cutting edge Inserts. Being pressed gives the AXMT inserts the benefit of having a lower insert cost and are suitable for general purpose milling on roughing & semi-finishing applications.  AXMT Inserts have a special TiAlSiN Coating on it giving the insert Increased Hardness & Increased Heat Resistance benefits.

BI Ball Nose Inserts

BI are an indexable ball nose insert that comes in as a two-piece insert set.  Inserts are available in several different diameter sizes and come in various hone edges, carbide grades, and coatings to suite your cutting applications.  Inserts have a precision ground edge and can be used from roughing, semi-finishing, & finishing applications.

ARF Ball Nose Inserts

ARF are indexable ball nose insert with a precision ground cutting edge. ARF inserts are general used for semi-fininshing and finishing profile cutting applications.  Inserts are available in several different diameter sizes and come in various hone edges, carbide grades, and coatings to suite your cutting applications.  

AECW Inserts / Milling Aluminum Only

AECW inserts have a J-Polished sharp finish on them which are used for milling aluminum.  AECW are parallelogram shaped inserts that have a flat top on them.  Inserts are available in 1/32”, 1/16”, & 1/8” corner cutting radius and are also available in coating grades specially made for milling aluminum..
